Children, youth & families
Applied research that strengthens services, systems and outcomes for children, youth and the people who support them.
Independent public-benefit research
EVIDACTA turns consequential questions into rigorous evidence—and evidence into practical action for people, organizations and communities.
Turning questions into evidence.
Turning evidence into action.
Why EVIDACTA
Better evidence should lead to better decisions.
We conduct and mobilize applied research designed for the realities of service delivery. Our work connects disciplined inquiry with usable knowledge—without softening inconvenient findings or overstating what the evidence can support.
Flagship research program
In developmentResearch Program 001
Rigorous applied research, evaluation and knowledge mobilization concerning services, interventions and systems affecting the mental health, safety, development and well-being of children and youth.
Research focus
Our developing portfolio connects human experience, organizational practice and the systems that shape both.
Applied research that strengthens services, systems and outcomes for children, youth and the people who support them.
Evidence that helps organizations understand what works, for whom, and under what real-world conditions.
Research and knowledge mobilization attentive to leadership, lived experience, health and changing life contexts.
Practical inquiry focused on stronger organizations, accessible knowledge and better public decisions.
How we work
Research integrity and practical relevance are not competing goals. The strongest work protects both.
Frame the question that matters—not simply the one that is easiest to measure.
Use rigorous, proportionate methods and make the limits of the evidence visible.
Turn findings into language, tools and learning that people can actually use.
Support decisions while protecting independent analysis and honest reporting.
